"Após uma viagem cansativa, esperava chegar no hotel e descansar, porém, quando cheguei no endereço do "hotel", não existia nada lá, somente um LUGAR COM ASPECTO DE ABANDONO. Não havia ninguém no local. A minha sorte, foi a Expedia que me realocou para outro hotel (Riviera) após os trâmites necessário, isso com a promessa de não ser cobrado nenhum valor adicional pela nova acomodação.
