"This is a cute affordable condo that is very close to beautiful beaches. Condo had everything we needed to stay for 9 nights and enjoy the beach everyday. Pool was clean and refreshing. Always a pleasure to stay this complex."

"The condo is cute and clean. Beds were comfortable and plenty of towels and supplies as well as all the cookware you would need. The beach chairs and umbrellas made available were a very nice touch. The area is quiet and people were very nice. It’s a little ways from the beach but with a golf cart or car, not a problem at all to get to. Definitely the most relaxing stay I’ve had in a long time.The only thing I would mention is that if you are used to using streaming services, the television only has cable access, so bring an iPad or viewing device if you wish to use your own streaming platforms for watching tv when it’s rainy out. But honestly, unless it’s raining, the beaches are gorgeous."

"Perfect for a couple. 2nd floor right next to the pool. It’s clean, it’s updated, and had everything we could need to cook/laundry. The condo located in Old Marco and you’re right on the water. Pelican Pier is an onsite gas dock with bait and a great place to chill. Highly recommend. Thanks for a great place to stay!"

"I’ll make this easy and list the pros & cons:Pros:- Great value! You get a lot of bang for your buck with this rental. - Very clean unit, no issues at all with cleanliness- Nice kitchen with all the dishes and cookware you could ask for. - property is well kept and completely safe. - situated in an area where you can fish at multiple places along the property, don’t have to drive anywhere to buy bait, tackle, etc, nice restaurants within walking distance, multiple grocery stores within a 10 min drive, 2 pools on the property, 2 hot tubs, several gas grills, etc. The only 2 cons that I could possibly come up with (only 1 of which has anything to do with the rental unit itself) are the fold out bed that is located in the living room is very, very uncomfortable. I realize that while I may feel like the pull out bed was uncomfortable (very hard), there are other people who may think it would be perfectly fine, so take that for what it’s worth. The other negative thing that I will say was simply the amount of mosquitos flying around in the evening all around the property. During the morning hours and up until about 6:30pm, the mosquitos are not a problem…after that, make sure you have plenty of mosquito repellent!All in all, I would absolutely stay in this rental unit again if I find myself in the Marco area in the future. The staff of the complex was friendly and obtaining the keys to the unit and dropping them back off was a breeze. Thank you for everything!"
