"Each year we book a long weekend in early July to celebrate our anniversary. Weather the weather is good or bad the location is magical. The apartment is perfect, to be on the beach is such a treat, the staff are lovely, everything you need has been thought of. I would recommend for anyone wanting a moment away from the real world!"

"Loads of communication from time of booking,was even able to check in early and check out late. Place is exactly as described in a great location and stunning views. Perfect spot for swimming, chilling, reading or walking around Hastings and St Leonards."

"The owner is lovely and conscious of lodgers needs and goes out of her way. The place was clean and nicely decorated, includes TV, washer, shower, brochures and advice if needed. The balcony has tranquil views with chairs, table allowing further relaxation. There are - co-op, tesco, aldi for grocery shopping. Breakfast or lunch in town, prices are reasonable. The Tree House is a magical place. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Horse & Cart. The staff were very friendly & attentive, food was lovely plus room was very clean. The mattress could have been better but it wasn’t bad. A perfect location for a peaceful stay and not far from the sea. Would definitely stay again. "

"You can't really get much closer to the beach and despite their being shops below this wasnt that noticeable and we felt like each morning and night we had the beach to ourselves. The rooms were nicely decorated and well equiped, it was spacious but felt nice and cozy. A great retreat from the crowds on the weekend. The bar downstairs was nice and all staff friendly... so nice they even retrieved my phone from lost property and sent it back to me after we had lost it! We had a fantastic time...

"Please don’t let the outside put you off this apartment when you pull up. Once inside it is beautiful. Yes there are stairs to climb but it keeps you fit. There is a sea view from the lounge window. The decor in the apartment is modern, arty and colourful, we loved the bathroom. There everything you need in the apartment. Bed is very comfortable, selection of pillows to use."

"We had an absolutely lovely stay in The Loft. The apartment itself was perfect, with a very thoughtful welcome hamper and everything we needed for breakfast included. It was clean and spacious with a lovely loft living area for relaxing in the evenings. A 5 min drive to the centre of historic Rye which has many sights and eating options and a great base for exploring Romney Marsh, Camber Sands and Dungeness. Would absolutely stay again! "
