"Amazing experience! Worth every dollar!"

"The hotel lobby and rooftop are nice but the rooms are okay. We had 3 rooms and the shower pressure was terrible in all. The king room felt small so we switched to 2 queens which was much better. The service was so good though and it’s attached to a mall. It was good overall but probably won’t stay here again."

"Overall, I enjoyed it because it's well maintained and the view that I had was nice to me and I loved it."

"Clean room and great staff."

"Love this hotel! A great atmosphere! We love happy hour and the tacos!!"

"Great location if you want to be close to the loop area. Coffee shop near by, pharmacy and spots to grab something quick to eat. 25 min walk from all the shopping spots."

"this room was sooo clean and well kept. the front desk staff were so sweet and accommodating. the food from the hotel restaurant, Beatrix was delicious and delivered to my room in a timely manner. I had a wonderfully hot shower and the towels and sheets were soft and thick. Highly recommend this property. The location was ideal and easily walkable."

"The staff is excellent. They are polite, knowledgeable, and ready to help with anything you might need"

"Exactly like the pictures. Beautiful and friendly 💕"
