Hyatt Place Charlotte Downtown
10/10 Excellent
"The rooms were spacious very nice. The rooftop bar was great with a wonderful view of downtown. Close to a lot of places to eat. "
"The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. The room and bathroom were clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very disappointing. It was very expensive for what was available. We were on a time crunch and not being familiar with the area, this was our only option. There was nothing that my daughter could eat so the staff was nice enough to not charge us for her but $17 a person was really disgraceful for what was provided."
