"I had a really great stay! The hotel was very comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming — they made the experience even better. I just have one small suggestion: it would be nice to have some bottled water, chamomile, and tea available in the room for added convenience. Overall, everything was excellent. "Amazing hotel for a super reasonable price right at the start of the best areas of Quebec. Parking on site. Staff is very courteous and responsive. Facilities are very good, elegant and well kept. On site restaurant for breakfast was awesome (and reasonable). Swimming pool and hot tub were a treat for the kids. Only issue was the smell of chlorine since our room faced the garden/pool area. Love music on Saturday night was very cool from our balcony but kinda loud right at the pool. If I visit QC again, I am staying here. "

"Absolutely loved our stay here. The staff was extremely nice when there were issues with the AC in our first room, putting us in a lovely room with a nice view of the mountains. Great location to get to everything - will def stay here again!"

"The hotel was perfectly located for our purposes. We ate one night at Michelin-starred Legende restaurant, which is adjacent to the hotel lobby; excellent meal. Parking was right across the street and only 17 Canadian dollars per day. The Old Quebec CIty area where the hotel is located is filled with restaurants and historic sites, not the least of which is the Frontenac Hotel. We spent 4 wonderful days at the hotel and in the area."

"Great hotel for location, price and cleanliness. It is not fancy, but is a great place to stay if your goal is to be out and about in Quebec City. No elevator and it is possible you will need to bring luggage up multiple flights of stairs. It is not friendly for folks experiencing a physical limitation. "

"Loved everything about it! Just be aware of no elevator in case you are on the 3rd floor. We didn’t mind the stairs but it’s a lot after all day of exploring. "
