"My daughter and I stayed here for 3 nights. The staff was friendly and the room with two queen beds was exceptionally roomy. I really liked the location. Though it lacked the cultural appeal of other hotel options, we enjoyed the fact that it wasn’t within the walls of the Old City. This hotel gave us just enough distance from the hustle and bustle but was literally a stone throws away from the gates. We used the valet service when we arrived and departed and both times they were very prompt. The perfect jumping off point to explore! I would recommend a stay here and would hesitate to return to this hotel. "

"We had a beautiful suite on the 3rd floor next to the entertainment. It was amazing and we all enjoyed both nights, we are 5 women over 65 & it was perfect. The pool and hot tub was enjoyed each day by us and we met and made new friends each time! It was a short walk to old Quebec City and we walked and enjoyed restaurants, the shops and sightseeing. We also ate at the hotel and all meals were excellent. Having the Jax & Gil around the corner was very handy. We did have 2 issues, a toilet that leaked and water pooled on the floor, we placed a towel on the floor. We had to ask each day for towels, coffee and cups for 5, we were only left 3 each day. Maybe have the cleaning staff with a printout of the number of people in each suite. They were minor inconveniences and did not detract from our stay and enjoyment at all. We are all so pleased that we booked with your hotel. "

"We had a lovely stay at Hotel Du Nord in Quebec City! It’s a charming hotel with great amenities — we enjoyed the swimming pool, cozy lounging area, and small gym. Our room was modern, stylish, and very comfortable. Breakfast was good, and the 24/7 coffee and tea station was a nice little bonus that we definitely took advantage of! The staff were all friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more pleasant. The location is quite convenient — less than a 10-minute drive to the main train station, and easily walkable if you’re not hauling around massive, heavy luggage (which unfortunately, we were — and since there’s no elevator, we got an unexpected mini workout 😄). Despite that little hiccup, I highly recommend Hotel Du Nord. A charming stay with great service and amenities!"
