"Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was a nice place to stay, this was our second stay at the property.Last year we did not have a dishwasher for the 2 weeks and it was replaced the week we left.This stay WiFi was supposed to included in stay price and for the 2 weeks no WiFi with a lot of attempts by property management to resolve in the first week but nothing was heard in the second regarding issues."

Been coming to Woodgate Beach for over thirty years, first with four children, recent years with extended family and grandchildren. Travel five hours to get to Queensland's cleanest and family friendly sandy beach. Great location near Esplanade, wide verandah for relaxing, cheapest holiday rental in Woodgate. Starting to need some maintenance jobs though, dripping tap, dining chairs wobbly legs, electric powerpoint coming off wall, cracked tiles, old venetian blinds, some verandah boards need replacement. Still suits us for fresh air, sunshine and salt water refreshment. Great community to visit."

"The rooms have been recently renovated so they look clean and new. I was genuinely surprised at how comfortable the pillows were. The kitchen pretty much has everything you need to make simple meals and the pool area is nice but unfortunately there is only one sun lounger. The location is great because it is very near the main street but without any of the noise. We checked in late so there were no parking spots left but plenty of space to park on the street."

"A really lovely, quiet place where the property is the star. Friendly, welcoming hosts who allowed us total privacy to enjoy a quiet few days after a crazy busy year. Beautifully laid out park-like gardens with picturesque dams full of water lilies nestled among thoughtfully planted exotic species against a stunning backdrop of native flora. Tiny house was adequate for our short stay & we’d absolutely recommend this place to others wanting a quiet getaway."
