"Hotel business is all about its hospitality, And I felt it while staying with E Central. My requests were heard and I was recognized by the management. While a comfortable and clean stay is important, which I believe these are the minimum standards for hotels, whether or not guests requests and complains are heard is more important to me. Not only E Central satisfied my requests, the management always asked if my concerns were taken care of. I felt I was acknowledged, and I felt I existed. Although my room card keys didn’t work a few times, it did not really affect me at all due to an excellent hospitality management I received from E Central. "

"I was having an extremely difficult time finding a property for my LA stay as I felt every place had bad reviews. However, I gave Freehand a chance and OMG! Amazing service and wonderful property! The rooftop restaurant and bar is delicious but I wish the rooftop pool was a little deeper and larger! I didn't even know the hotel was having a pride pool party which made us feel even more welcomed! The location was perfect for our weekend trip and near all of the necessary venues! The decor and vibe is 10/10! All in all, I would stay here again!"
