"It was highly inconvenient and the manager is highly disrespectful.They took the whole money before hand and we did not even stay there for the whole trip and checked out a day earlier and they didn’t refund a penny.. food was disgusting.. toilets clogged and food leaking .. highly unhygienic and stinky place .. I came all the way from Canada and I highly regret my decision. No courtesy ."

"Absolutely beautiful property that will sure to please. Away from Manali proper, it offers an experience that is very non-Indian-like. One could imagine they are in the Alps or Colorado. This is a very peaceful place and myself and my friend quite enjoyed the stay for the most part."
