Clean and spacious rooms. Nice view of the Manali valley and nicely located property. The property is decently sized. The only negative was that hot water supply wasn't working so had to take a shower with cold water. Since we were there only for a night it did not matter much.

Pathetic hotel...unnecessarily costly. Staffs are not helpful at all. Please please never visit this hotel. Worst place to stay in Manali.

Good time
It's my first time stay in Sterling.
I'm happy with cordial receiving from Sterling,
rooms, amenities are very good. Room service, house keeping was execllent and food was tasty as well.
It got wonderful view to see snow hills from rooms.
