"Charming hotel, great location, highly efficient and professional staff. Only quibbles are that the foam pillows are hard as rocks and breakfast coffee is substandard. A Nespresso machine that does not cost extra at least at breakfast if not in all rooms would add a lot, as would daily fresh water bottles. Charging extra for those amenities seems a bit chintzy; I would suggest just increasing the daily room rate by $5 for everyone would more than cover the added costs. View of the Sea of Marmara from our room and the breakfast area is fantastic. Travelers with mobility challenges should be warned that the area, like much of Istanbul, can be a bit difficult to navigate by walking."

"Slightly dated rooms, aside from it we had no issues. Excellent location and wonderful staff. Close to great restaurants, blue mosque, Hagia Sofia and grand bazaar. Highly recommend this hotel."
