"Some people say a hotel is just a room to lay your head at night. Sometimes this is true but not with the Legacy Ottoman Hotel. The hotel - the staff were wonderful. Fro the moment I booked the room they went out of their way to ensure that my stay with them was perfect and trouble free. They arranged for a car to take me from the airport to the hotel and back again. And during my whole stay - the front desk, the security, the kitchen staff, the bar staff - they were all exceptional. And it’s the staff who make a hotel. The room was wonderful. Very well appointed and always well maintained in my absence. The breakfast was both well presented and plentiful. I was pleased with the hotels location too as this was my first time in Istanbul, I wanted to stay in the heart of the city. All in all this is a wonderful hotel and I would happily stay there again. And I will stay there again one day."

"Very nice hotel 5 minutes walking distance to Mosque Sophia in the corner that T1 takes you to GalatAport very nice to see and other destinations like Taksim. Extremely safe Area Istanbul is crime free. Hotel has a beautiful rooftop where you have breakfast and is also a great restaurant. Highly recommend."

"Can’t decide what made this stay extra special: charming and helpful staff, luxurious sheets, funky bar, rooftop terrace with view, quiet and colorful neighborhood, lots of restaurants close by, proximity to Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia, historic decor? The only downers were smallish size rooms and minimal outlets"
