"Lovely place !"

"This was my second stay at this hotel. I came back because I really liked it the first time, although it has changed hands since then. On arrival, our rooms were ready. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our baggage was safely left in the luggage room on the day of our departure, which made it so much easier on our last day. It was even brought to our table when we decided on a last-minute drink in the bar before heading to the station. If I had any gripe at all, it was in-room information. But this seems to be the same in most hotels these days. I miss having a menu, opening times, local sights etc in a booklet or folder. So convenient for the train station. Be aware that there is a door right next to the station. The first time I went, I walked all the way around the building to the front entrance! Would definitely stay here again."

Realy lovely, friendly staff - nothiung seemed too much trouble The breakfast choice was one fo the best we have had in a hotel in a long time - fab to see things like bircher museli on te menu. The staff work incredibly hard, ansd it was much appreciated by us. Hope to return once your spa has been refurbished"

"What a lovely place! 10 minute walk to the main centre and the area is just absolutely gorgeous. We were blown away at how nice the room was and how big the bed was. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay that’s within walking distance to everything and within a nice quiet setting, I highly recommend Hedley House! We will definitely be back!"
