"The resort is beautiful, with incredible amenities, It’s a great place to stay with kids, and we really appreciated the facilities. However, I was a little disappointed with our apartment, as it looked quite different from the photos shown when booking. The sofa was very old and dirty, which affected the overall impression of the apartment. The bed was comfortable, but the extra bed cover had a really unpleasant smell. It was very hard to find a parking spot close to our building. Overall, the resort itself is lovely, we had a great time!"

"Unfortunately our stay was a very wet one but we did manage to have a visit to the boardwalk. That aside the house was very modern and well equipped. The rooms were clean but we had to get use to the shelving rather than wardrobes in the bedrooms. Communication with our host was excellent and the accommodation was well located."

"As a first timer in Australia, we had booked this hotel via web page. The staff were great and always helpful. it is a great location by the highway, if you have a car. We booked the kings room with a hot tub and used it twice. yet the standarts of the hotel and room are not matching with what we used to in the UK or elsewhere."

"Loved the location, had no connection with management while staying or after our stay. It all worked well, and it was great with all its facilities. The only downside was the torrential rain and the spouting that hadn’t been cleared, so loading the car was like walking through a waterfall."

"Would definitely stay here again! Only thing is that the A/C didn’t work properly for us over the weekend. Only worked on fan but not cold or heater unfortunately, especially since it rained over the weekend. But other than that, my stay was amazing!"

"We couldn't have loved our stay at Sam's more. 16 people comfortably accommodated. Peaceful, beautiful, outdoor spaces that pulled you outside. It was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy, and bonus that it is pet-friendly. All the little touches made for such an easy stay and everything has been thought of.A great spot to meet when you have family in Brisbane and Sydney, and a wonderful opportunity to support regional communities. Valla Beach Tavern, Nourish Grocer, and the Valla Beach Markets were all a hit with our group. We can't wait for the chance to visit again."
