"Would definitely stay here again! Only thing is that the A/C didn’t work properly for us over the weekend. Only worked on fan but not cold or heater unfortunately, especially since it rained over the weekend. But other than that, my stay was amazing!"

"We couldn't have loved our stay at Sam's more. 16 people comfortably accommodated. Peaceful, beautiful, outdoor spaces that pulled you outside. It was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy, and bonus that it is pet-friendly. All the little touches made for such an easy stay and everything has been thought of.A great spot to meet when you have family in Brisbane and Sydney, and a wonderful opportunity to support regional communities. Valla Beach Tavern, Nourish Grocer, and the Valla Beach Markets were all a hit with our group. We can't wait for the chance to visit again."

The house was lovely - with thoughtful furnishings and amenities, in a beautiful setting close to the river and beach (and General Store, which did great coffee and breakfast). The host was really helpful and responsive, would recommend this as a quieter alternative to some of the other accommodation options nearby."
