"The front desk lady on duty when I checked in was very efficient and made sure my needs were met. The breakfast and dinner menus are varied and the meals I had were freshly prepared and hot when served by the friendly staff. "

"Just really slept in the hotel. I don’t like the bathroom personal products as the smell isn’t good for me. Thank goodness I packed my own personal products. The temperature was also warm in the room but my window did open which really helped out! Bed was comfy and the tv worked. "

"Rooms 16-20 on each floor are opposite the main elevators which, given the nature of the hotel are in almost 24hr use. This makes for a very disturbed night. Avoid. The service in the restaurant was very good, but as a captive guest, prices are eye wateringly high for average food. Good shuttle bus service to the terminal. Staff were very helpful and eager to share the joy of TSA lines at JFK"
