My bathroom was filthy. When I went in to go to the bathroom & closed the door, the grime, fingerprints, and hair on the back of the door was gross. I had a king room facing the golf course. There's a decent patio but no chairs to sit on. I was able to get early check-in though and that was fantastic. The man at the front desk helping me was stellar! The bar staff in the hotel was extremely nice as well!

The staff at this property went above and beyond to help us have a wonderful stay. The room was beautiful and very clean. I really liked that there is a restaurant on site. I will definitely come back. Thank you so much.

Very poor design…no elevator or ramp. You had carts for your luggage, but that didn’t matter because regardless of what floor you were on (even the 1st floor) you had to take stairs. AC is noisy. Everything seemed damp or humid. I think the staff is doing the best they can, and I’m not sure there are any other better options in the area, except for maybe bridges bay.

The resort is tired. Rooms are in need of updating. Mattress was old and uncomfortable. Sat at the bar to eat. Service and food were bad. Kitchen staff was loud and arguing. Bartender was out of it. Messed up our order, was not attentive. Was getting lit up by another customer for being unfriendly as we were leaving. Won't stay here again.

We had soccer kids that kept running up and down the hall qnd kept knocking on our door and someone had a dog that kept barking. At about 10 the finally quit and got quiet enough to sleep
