"Comfortable beds and clean hotel"

"This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. My room was super spacious. I even loved seeing my name on the tvs upon entering. Breakfast every morning and there were so many items to choose from, from made to order omelettes to french toast, pancakes, fruit, sausage, etc. Convenient location and easy access to the Interstate. Front Desk people were super friendly and welcoming. The only things I didn't like was that there was no hot tub (despite internet searches on this hotel saying there is one). My bathtub in my room also didn't hold water very well. And I also didn't like that the mini-fridge did not have a freezer in it. I don't know if it was just my room or all rooms are like that but I definitely needed one upon checking out to head home. Despite all that, I would still stay here again. And as a solo female traveler I felt safe in this hotel and I felt safe in the area."

"Great place to stay to go to the Waukesha Blues Festival just 1/2 mile away at Nagawakee County Park. Some inconsiderate guests apparently think they can just fill up their big coolers and empty the ice machine and leave other guests without any access to hotel ice for their rooms in the evening. Still no ice a That is a small problem for which I don't know the solution other than having more than one ice machine for guests. Always appreciate the biscuits and gravy plus sausage links and scrambled eggs for the provided breakfast and the extra seating in the room across from the breakfast room. Pool/hot tub in operation but did not use."

"Other than the fire alarm that a kid had pulled around 6pm and the front desk person not knowing how to shut it off or what to do it wasn’t bad. My bf had to show them how to turn it off. And talk to the fire fighters. But then the storm had come and knocked the power out causing it to again go off. "
