"Cute little place. They only down fall is the bunk room upstairs is a sun room with only a small window AC. I do recommend the owners upgrade to a mini split. We had to turn the AC way down and freeze in the rest of the house and not close the doors upstairs in order to make it comfortable in there."

"Stayed with 14 family members for a short getaway. The house was beautiful and extremely clean. Perfect location to the beach and close to grocery, restaurants, and entertainment. The Beach Weekend property management was so on point and incredibly responsive and kind. I have never been as impressed with a property management group as I was with them. We will absolutely be back to one of their properties."

"The rental was very clean, true to the listing, and great location. The property manager, Kimberly, was excellent with communication via text. The dishwasher went out the day before our stay and it was replaced before we arrived. This was all communicated to us quickly and very appreciated."

"A few things: The property could use towel holders/hooks near the entrance of the house from the pool area. Also, a few bathroom showers did not have any soap or shampoo holders. You have to leave it on the shower floor. Overall, very good stay and I would recommend to others!"

"The location and beach is perfection! We found the condo very clean and met our needs. We went offshore fishing with Shaun at Got 2 go fishing and was a highlight for sure! We caught all our fish on wishlist and had a fresh caught dinner! Also recommend Deweys snowcones and fish. Thank you for an amazing trip!"

"We stayed at Coconut beach house for our annual friends beach trip. The location was great. One of my friends is pregnant with twins so we loved being right on the beach so she could easily cool off and take her naps throughout the day while we were close by enjoying our time on the beach. There is a store in walking distance that had almost everything we needed. Property manager was very nice and easy to reach. We will stay here again for sure! "

"Overall we had a pleasant stay. The property wasn’t maintained very well and there was a lot of smokers. If either of those things are a deal breaker for you, I’d suggest somewhere else. In relation to the beach, it’s one of the best spots."
