Waterscape condos are located on beautiful Okaloosa Island, which is famous for its emerald green waters and white sandy beaches. This resort was constructed as a U-shaped property to house the “heartbeat' of the facility; the tropical oasis and pools. Waterscape condos has a two tiered pool deck separated by a 10-foot waterfall. The lower pool deck includes a large zero entry pool with spray toys and lily pads for the young at heart. The resort's lower pool deck features a long lazy river for you to float down on resort inner tubes. The upper deck houses a seasonally heated pool. There is a children's splash area on the upper pool deck that features toys for toddlers and a covered play area for maximum sun protection. There are two hot tubs located in the tropical oasis for your relaxation.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. This is our second time at the Water Scape Condos and we loved it! Easy to get checked in after hours, the pool and hot tubs are fun for the whole family, and the beach is a short walk away. We also love having a kitchen to prepare our own meals.

The property was very nice and clean overall. The number of pools and set was great and excellent beaches. There’s plenty of restaurants and entertainment within walking distances. The only downside is that there are a TON of kids. If you’re looking for a more mature atmosphere you may want to look elsewhere. But, it wasn’t awful if you don’t mind. My wife and I would return with the rest of our family again.

This unit was very clean. The beds and bedding were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes and utensils. We had plenty of toilet paper, bath towels and cleaning supplies. The dryer was broken but management sent housekeeping to dry and fold our wet laundry which we greatly appreciated. The staff was attentive and kind. The only suggestions are for a full length mirror and smaller, more comfortable patio furniture... the furniture was too big for the balcony and the seating was very hard and uncomfortable. The bedroom windows do face the elevator so if you are sensitive to noise at night, it might be a problem if you're a light sleeper.

This condo was great for a family getaway. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and grill out with no problems. The balcony overlooks the multiple pool area and has a nice little view of the ocean as well. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved this apartment! We loved the view from the 6th floor, and had so much fun in the lazy river, hot tubs and heated pool. The beach was one of the most beautiful we’ve ever stayed at and we were amazed that we could watch both sunrise and sunset from the beach at this time of year. My family and I recently stayed at your Waterscape location. Best Experience EVER. The condo was very clean. Very important during this time of Pandemic. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great vacation atmosphere. Something for everyone in my family to do. Very hard to find a place that caters to every family member. I especially loved that we had the option of beautiful beach and the beautiful Oasis on the property. My kids even agree that it gonna be very hard to top this vacation. Thanks Vacasa/Waterscape. The room is nice. The ac went out. They put us in another rm. For the night. Master bed mattress is hard. You can sleep up to 6.but that means 2 on pull our couch. Every one knows about that. Theye gave us 2 chairs and a umbrella. The resort is family-friendly.
