"Fantastic hotel in a great location. It is an easy walk to the Shinjuku station which gives you access to most of the main train lines. Beware the laundry facility is very busy. There are 5 washer/dryer combo machines that take a very long time to dry, so it was difficult for us to get a washing machine mid-way through our trip. This was a relatively minor inconvenience for an otherwise fantastic stay!"

Convenient location at a reasonable price

"The hotel location is very convenient since it's only a few minutes walk from Shinjuku station and also near airport limousine buses service to Narita and Haneda. The room wasn't the cleanest I've seen, nor is the hotel outstanding in any specific area, but overall the stay was very pleasant and I would recommend it. My previous stays in Shinjuku are at the Hotel Gracery, which has smaller rooms and is farther away, but has the distinction of having Godzilla. I prefer the JR Kyushu over Gracery."

"In a lovely quiet neighbourhood with cute coffee shops and lovely izakayas whilst also being conveniently located near (via metro) to the big busy touristy places and useful stations. We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel has everything you need. The room was small, but we barely spent any time in it. It was very clean and the staff were super helpful and friendly "

"Would definitely recommend staying at this hotel when traveling to Tokyo. Steps outside of the Shinjuku station and lots of dining and shopping options. Rooms are kinda small but that’s normal for being in a major city. Staff was super kind and helpful. Rooms were clean and when we ran out of an item it was brought to us in under 5 mins. Would definitely stay here again."
