"We had reserved and paid for two rooms for two nights at this Hampton Inn about a month previously. When we arrived, the desk agent had trouble finding our reservations because the computer system was down. One was for a party who would be coming separately who later decided to stay elsewhere but came for the second night. Check in was slow, but we eventually got our rooms. The TV in our room curiously welcomed an unknown “Matthew,” but we ignored it. Later in the evening, around 10 pm. ...
