"Good hotel close to town and an easy walk to the lake, or town. Really nice, helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable and clean units. Good beds, good bathrooms. Everything I needed for a work stay in Taupo. Will stay again :-)"

"when I turned down my bed, the bottom sheet did not look like it had been changed, as it was very wrinkled and was not tacked in at top mattress. The room was clean, but we had trouble to get TV to go, we ended up turning off at wall as was too late to talk to anybody. The shower over bath when you are older are harder to get into ... The parking if a big Ute was a bit tight , small driving area"

"The view from the room was spectacular. Walked along the shore right from our room. Room was clean had many useful amenities. The “heated pool” was ice cold. The jacuzzi as barely warm enough to get in. The staff at the check in desk were fantastic. The staff in the dining room were very condescending."

"Great experience. Property is older than I expected but clean and we'll maintained. Staff helpful and courteous. No elevator so plan on hooking your bags up a flight of stairs if u are on 2nd level. Recommended."
