"The area’s really great - Jeonju Hanok Village is a big tourist attraction and well worth it. This place on the other hand not so much. Customer service was outrageously rude and inconsiderate. The man we talked to on the phone when checking in had a nasty tone and was extremely disrespectful. The rooms also don’t have much privacy so keep that in mind if you’re looking to book."

"Location is just outside hanok village which is good as not so noisy. But the room walls are very thin, I could hear neighbor conversation throughout the night. Very difficult to control shower head water. Is either too hot or too cold. Stayed for 2 nights but no make up room service. 1st day, Had to wait at front of hanok as no one at counter to help check in & could not dial the number provided at the signboard. Had to ask for help from a coffee place beside the hanok to call the boss. "

"We shouldn't be expecting big rooms and big beds since it's a homestay experience. I would say this is the place everyone should stay when visiting Jeonju. It's a really good experience of a Hanok. Very beautiful mini garden. Simple breakfast with excellent coffee. Floor heating keeps the room warm during winter. Very good service provided by owner.
