"The hotel was awful. There was no similarity between the pictures of the hotel shown in Expedia to what we actually gotten. A big shame. They offered us a breakfast in a box because the hotel was empty of guests. No security in the hotel. The hotel is not accessible so we had to carry our bags by ourselves along the stairs."

"They just didn't serve me the breakfast that was included in the price. They tell me if I want to eat smth, i can google the food delivery and eat. No hot water sometimes no water at all. I've booked the best room in the hotel but it didn't help me.The worst place I ever stayed in Odessa. Never ever again. "
