"The staff were all friendly. Location is prime for the city center. The room had a large balcony overlooking to the street but it was quiet and well shaded by the trees. It was s classic room with an actual key instead of a key card but that just adds to the charm. Having breakfast in the enclosed front terrace was a great way to start the day. I'll be happy to stay there again."

The Amsterdam Hotel's location was fantastic; but the Amsterdam is basically a very busy noisy indoor/outdoor bar with some rooms up a lot of steps. Food and service at the hotel was not very good."

"The hotel was awful. There was no similarity between the pictures of the hotel shown in Expedia to what we actually gotten. A big shame. They offered us a breakfast in a box because the hotel was empty of guests. No security in the hotel. The hotel is not accessible so we had to carry our bags by ourselves along the stairs."
