"A lovely property. Room was clean and spacious. Nice balcony, pool was nice. The bar and restaurantt weren't open, but it is off season. Still disappointing. We have a fabulous dinner and drinks at Carlees at the circle."

"We have returned to this property for several summers to celebrate birthdays with our kids and grandkids. The property is perfect for a family getaway with a great pool, bbq, well equipped kitchen, game room. The home is very spacious and welcoming. Carrie is very helpful if there are any questions or concerns. We will likely continue to return to spend annual summer weekends here."

"This place has a lot of potential. The setting is peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by beautiful desert scenery, making it a nice place to relax. The fire pit and grill were both great additions and really added to the experience. The RV is stocked with everything you’d need, including utensils, plates, cups, towels, and toilet paper. The mini fridge, restroom, shower, stovetop, and microwave all functioned well, and the bed was comfortable. The only challenges we ran into were with the built-in RV refrigerator and the air conditioning. We weren’t able to get the built-in refrigerator to work during our stay. We followed the instructions we were given to try to get it working, but it still didn’t get cold, so we’re not sure what happened. It also had a noticeable odor. Thankfully, the small mini fridge helped, but it wasn’t large enough for all of our food, so we ended up buying a larger cooler with ice. The air conditioning was already set to its lowest temperature, and while it definitely helped, especially in the evenings, it struggled to keep up during the hottest part of the day. Considering Borrego Springs’ summer heat, it’s something to keep in mind if you’re visiting during the warmer months. Overall, we enjoyed the atmosphere, beautiful surroundings, and thoughtful amenities the host provided. With a little attention to the refrigerator and cooling, this could easily be an even better stay."

"What a gorgeous house! It was exactly as described in the listing. The kitchen was small, but fully stocked, the bedrooms were out of a magazine and very comfortable. Ruth was an exceptional host and addressed my questions in a very timely manner. I would not hesitate to rent this property again for a getaway!"

"So nice having the king sized beds! Open and clean floor plan was ideal for our toddler. Extra fans in the rooms a plus. Enjoyed the board games for family time. Close to golf courses. AC worked great. Only negatives were not a lot of shade options by the pool, and the pool toys/floats could use a refresh. We had brought our own EZ-Up and pool toys anyhow, so no big deal for us. The pool/spa were in good shape and made the stay totally worth it. Very pleased with our stay - would definitely book again!"
