Sleeping arrangements are flexible and comfortable, with room for up to 12 guests, including multiple bedrooms and extra sleeping options like air mattresses or sofas if needed. The home is child and pet-friendly, with a fenced yard so your furry friends can enjoy the space freely.

You’ll have the whole place to yourself—including the garage, roomy driveway, awesome outdoor spaces, yoga room, and laundry area. Everything is here for you to enjoy.

Other things to note:
• We take cleanliness seriously! Our team follows enhanced cleaning procedures between each stay, with extra attention to high-touched surfaces.
• The home has central heating and AC to keep you comfortable year-round
• This is a family-friendly neighborhood, so keep noise down during quiet hours, especially at night.
• Pool heating is available up to 82°F for $150/day minimum. There is a 2 day minimum charge for pool heating. Pricing is based on current SDGE natural gas rates. Spa heating is always free, just press the button on the remote to turn on the jets and begin heating.
• Pool toys and floaties shown in the photos are for staging purposes only and are not guaranteed to be available during your stay. However, guests occasionally leave behind floaties they’ve purchased, and when they do, we keep them at the property—so there are often some available for use.
• A $100 pet fee per pet applies (up to 2 small dogs) to cover deep cleaning after checkout.
• After 10 guests, there's a $50 per night fee for each additional guest.
• Early check-in or late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours ahead of time and is subject to additional fees and availability.
