STR Guest Responsibilities:
1. Parking. Vehicles shall be parked in garage, driveway, and on-site designated parking spaces whenever possible. Please avoid parking on street if on-site parking is available. No vehicles shall be parked on a designated fire lane nor block or restrict access to adjacent properties.
2. Occupancy. The maximum number of occupants shall be two adults per bedroom plus two people per unit (including children).
3. Daytime Guests. The maximum number of daytime guests allowed in a STR unit shall be 10 guests, regardless of bedroom count. Daytime guests are allowed between 7am and 10pm.
4. Noise. Any disturbing, excessive, or offensive noises as defined in Section 38.17 of the Oceanside City Code shall be prohibited between the hours of 10pm and 10am.

PLEASE BE ADVISED, ALL BOOKINGS MADE LESS THAN 30 days BEFORE ARRIVAL WILL REQUIRE THE BOOKER TO undergo an ID & CREDIT CARD VERIFICATION CHECK within 10 days of first payment or check in. This verification will include photo of credit card,photo of front and back of I.D. and a selfie.
THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK IF YOU CANNOT MEET THIS THRESHOLD. We aso have the right to request verification on any guest solely at our discretion.

Q: How far is the beach and local attractions? A: The beach is just 200 steps away! You can also easily walk 6 blocks to the Oceanside Pier, or stroll downtown to shops, breweries, and restaurants. The transit center (for trains to San Diego) is just 3 blocks away.
Q: Is parking provided? A: Yes, you will have parking for up to 2 vehicles (1 in the attached garage and 1 street parking pass).
Q: Can I bring my dog? A: We love animals, but our property is strictly pet-free.
Q: Can I host a gathering or have visitors? A: We do not allow parties or events. However, you may have up to 10 daytime guests between the hours of 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM per city ordinances. Maximum overnight occupancy is strictly 8 guests.
Q: Do I need to verify my identity? A: Yes, if your booking is made less than 30 days before arrival. You will be asked to provide a photo of the front and back of your ID, a photo of your credit card, and a selfie to complete your reservation securely.
