Please note there is a locked off lower condo in this home that is occasionally occupied by the property owners. There is a rock sea wall in front of the home, no walking on the sea wall is permitted. The nearest sand public beach where the public swims, will be walking two miles north near the Oceanside Pier. No digging on the private beach on the property is permitted. This home has no AC. This property is professionally managed by Haustay Vacation Rentals. Quiet hours outdoors are between 10PM to 10AM. No parties are allowed. Must be 25 years of age or older to rent the home. Children are permitted to stay in the home with parents or legal guardians.
