- Welcome to the Oside Oasis, our favorite place to be. Centrally located to most of So. Cal's parks and attractions, plus miles of beautiful coastline. Less then 10 miles to the beach and under an hour's drive from San Diego's and Orange Counties favorite tourist attractions (San Diego Zoo, Wild Animal Park, Lego-Land, Sea World, Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm and many more) and close to Camp Pendleton. Or, enjoy the pool & deck for a swim or BBQ. With over 1800 sqft of living space to relax in and enjoy family and friends.
