Lovely unit! We have stayed at NCV the last 5 years and this kitchen/unit was by far the best in the complex! Host was quick to respond to questions prior to the trip and during. Loved the added portable AC unit that kept us cool in the bedroom! Being from Phoenix it’s hard to adjust to the beach humidity, therefore this allowed us to sleep much more comfortably. Bonus was the couch was a sleeper sofa and when the kids wanted their space, one slept out there. Be sure to bring your own toiletries, but this place has everything else needed! We cook a lot of meals and the kitchen had everything you could possibly think of. Will book again! Thank you for your hospitality!

We enjoyed this unit.

We've stayed in this HOA before. It is great for families with easy access to the beach. This unit worked well for two adults and two kids. It was better than I expected with nice updates to the kitchen and living areas - clean and fresh. We would definitely stay in this unit again. Checkin/out is easy, parking onsite is secure, community facilities (laundry, pool, etc) are good for families.

Great Location

The beach walk was great but since it was a little chilly, my girls were able to use the pool and hot tub. Everything else in the condo was great.

Great Place

Great place for a family of 4! Pool and Spa was relaxing after the beach day! Beach area was close, but does get crowded! Harbor had great places to eat!

Memorial Week Family trip

This place was great. Even better in person than the pictures. The private beach and property was like our own Hawaiin getaway but better weather. The walkable harbor was a perfect go to. We highly recommend this place and will be back next year.

Pristine and pleasant

Perfect for a family

We traveled to oceanside with a big group. Every family booked their own condo. Ours was by far the nicest and had the most amenities (shampoo, beach chairs, tin foil, etc) everything we needed. We would love to stay again!

Location! Location!

Yes. This place was clean and very comfortable, but the location was perfect. The Boardwalk starts/ends right the condo property! You can walk off the premises and there you are, at the Boardwalk just North of the Pier. Parking was easy and secure. The property was lush with greenery and my grandkids loved the ducks and fish. The pool was just a bit chilly (for adults) but kids were loving it. Having an air conditioning unit was awesome, as there would have been no air flow without it in the bedroom. One suggestion (which isn't a big deal) is to have more kitchenware. There were no large bowls to mix anything in (salad, etc) and there was nothing to bake anything in. I was only given one shower's worth of soap and I ran out of handwashing soap in the kitchen. Also, just know there is no TV. There are two TV's but neither work. There were no instructions but I'm pretty tech savvy. Not a huge deal but I was expecting TV. The WiFi is great and secure so I just watched my iPad. Overall, I'd stay there again.

Our favorite place

We have stayed at the property before, just not this unit. It is great! The lush greenery, ponds and water falls are awesome! Right on the beach! The unit is modern and clean! Has everything you need! We will definitely book here again!

Wonderful Place

Everything was very nice. Had everything you need. Quiet and convenient location. Would definitely stay in this unit again. Check in was right at 3pm. Both check in and out was easy. The grounds are beautiful, pool and hot tub and short walk to beach are all Great. Love this place and looking forward to coming back next time.

Review

Everything was ok accept one room got locked out inside 307 no one ever came to help called the office and Portillo they kept telling us to call someone else so we had to resolve issue our selves also no shampoo in number 200 and no laundry detergent could use extra roll of toilet paper

Perfect getaway spot

We loved the complex itself immensly...nice and clean, great pool and hot tub. We also used the game room and gym during our stay along with walks yo the harbor and on the beach. Our Unit was perfect for our needs and quite comfortable. Would definately like to come back next year

North Coast Village

Our stay was awesome, the location is secure, very walkable to restaurants, shopping and beach access. It is also very close to Camp Pendleton for those that are visiting there Marines.

Should have out door adult beach chairs instead of low beach sand chairs to take to ocean

Iron board needed a cover to stay on I had to tape it to the foam, tv in bedroom didn’t work or something wrong with remote,ice filter needs changing ,but a lot of nice amenities and property taken care of very nice,could have a few more signs for library and such
