"The staff service is so good then other Hotel. everything was good room was clean customer service very good I'm happy staying I will come again. I also wish the next hotel coming near Kim young market Base from the staff say they have 1 more new hotel much more bigger is on the way hopefully the hotel and service , room must be the same service from icon hotel i wish to come back to Hatyai and suer will stay at icon hotel again. "Really nice, modern hotel, very convenient for exploring the city. Room was good, other reviews mention the glass toilet and shower doors from the bedroom but this was of no concern to us. We enjoyed the complimentary dried fruit snacks each day and the ability to store our luggage before check-in and after check out."

The room cleanliness still needs improvement eventhough looks tidy but the floor is quite sticky and can see strains of hair on the floor or the bed, the bedsheet is also looking quite yellowish or with stains."
