They really care that you enjoy your stay and they know the area which is helpful. They were very accommodating and were there late for us to check in. The room we had was HUGE, if you need a room for a large group they have one that will comfortably sleep between 6-9 people. The flooring, kitchen, appliances - all new or new-ish. Perfect placement if you want to be in between Long Beach and Astoria. Will absolutely stay there again. "
