Stayed here for a girls trip. We were a group of 11. Most of the beds are doubles so probably can’t actually sleep 12 unless you’re a kid or on the smaller side. If you are traveling with a family and have the option to rent a house, that's probably the best bet but if you are adults traveling to the beach for a fun weekend-Cleggs is perfect.

Fun place. Hadnt been there in years. Beach is still beautiful. Food was pricey & not so great. enjoyed out stay.
