"Everything was perfect!!!!"

"The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. However, the floor still felt a little sandy, so I wouldn't recommend walking barefoot in the room. The A/C worked well, although it was occasionally a bit noisy. I requested a 30-minute late check-out at the front desk, but my request was denied because they claimed the hotel was at full capacity. I checked the booking website afterward and found that many rooms were still available, so it seemed the staff member wasn't making much of an effort to accommodate the request or be helpful. On a positive note, the woman who checked me in was very attentive, welcoming, and provided excellent customer service."

"In contrast, the experience exceeded our expectations on numerous occasions. We frequently encounter listings and photographs that appear outdated. This property perfectly aligned with the advertised features. The host maintained consistent communication through the secure application, while also engaging in personal interactions to ensure our satisfaction. They promptly addressed any additional needs we had, accommodating our children’s requirements. We were delighted to experience peaceful sleep, a rarity during our previous visits to Fire Island. This property has emerged as our preferred destination."
