The lobby was spacious and comfortable, with a wonderful view, and I was able to get some work done while I waited for my room to be ready. The staff informed me as soon as it was, which was very much appreciated, especially what appeared to be a busy holiday period. Room itself was lovely, breakfast was excellent and well-managed despite quite a full hotel. Roof spa bathing area was also very well maintained and enjoyable."

They have put in quite a bit of work to make the hotel clean and well taken care of, they rent electric assist bicycles to get to town for groceries or exploring. My family loved the hot springs. Laundry onsite. Beautiful beach nearby, although not great for swimming or snorkeling it was very pretty, quiet, and private. Staff is incredibly helpful. They sell packages that include breakfast and dinner, but not lunch. The buffets are HUGE with tons of food and drink options. I 100% would stay here again."
