The staff were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was better than I expected and had a variety of things to choose from. The bed was really comfortable and all the pillows were nice. I was most impressed by how clean literally everything was. Cleanliness in hotels is the thing I’m always the most critical of and these guys were top notch. For the price this place was somewhat unbelievable and we intend to stay here again.

Really nice stay, two breakfast’s, inviting lobby, decent room. N they mopped everyday multiple times a day.

Everything was great, I have no complaints about the facility or the staff. The room was great and the check-in and check-out were easy. However, a previous guest left a used famine pad in the bag that holds the hair dryer. When my wife opened the bag to use the hair dryer, the smell was terrible. Had she turned on the dryer, the entire hotel would have smelled like fried catfish. The staff was horrified and apologetic when we reported the issue. Front desk was great.

Staff was amazing, room and hotel was clean. Only issue we experienced was the indoor pool was down so our children was a little disappointed. Other then that, we had a good experience.

Great place to stay! Brewery, restaurant and bar was just awesome. If your looking for something different, stay here. The attention put into the furnishing is really cool. And, who doesnt need a shower beer fridge? Overall a really cool place to be.

Rooms were very clean, comfy and nice. Perfect for our family of 5. Location was convenient to downtown and accessed easily. We will stay here again.

Easy to find, location perfect for our event…just no late night food options…

My husband was a patient at Riverside Hospital while I stayed at TownPlace Suites. My favorite clothing store, Talbots, is across the street. There is Whole Foods, a bakery, Athleta, and other fine stores and restaurants. It takes 8 minutes to drive to Riverside. I feel very safe in this area of Columbus.

Nice place and very comfortable. Refrigerator was junk, and wasn’t happy with the TV channels. But the towels and soaps provided were great. Easy parking. Overall place was awesome.
