"I appreciated the upgrade I received after an overly-zealous guest rudely cut me off while I was departing the shuttle bus to check in. The guest was apparently in a hurry to get to the bar. I was exhausted and mentioned the guest’s rudeness to the clerk. Thanks for the extremely comfortable ..."

"Upon arrival, we had not received any access codes. Fortunately, I met someone infront to contact the owner to send the codes. Also and therefore the biggest dissatisfaction was a shared bathroom with 3 other renters, which was not specified in the listing. Purposely MISREPRESENTED in my opinion ..."
