"This hotel was *outstanding*!! The room we got was huge, and the beds were so comfortable, the view was perfect and the price couldn’t be beat. On top of that the staff were incredibly friendly and the breakfast was top-notch. If I could rate it higher than 5* I would in a heartbeat. "

"As a frequent traveler around the world staying in 5 star hotels, this hotel ranks in the top 5 in my travels. The staff was highly accommodating and kind, the breakfast buffet top notch with a wide variety of food. The spa was so good and even better than many dedicated spa resorts (they had 4 different types of saunas!). Gym was brand new with a large selection of workout equipment and the wing of the hotel we stayed at was also brand new. They have a ton of activities for kids (dedicated pool area and activity center). They are also building a whole new section of playground outside if you have little ones. Next time I'm back in Kitzbuhel I'll definitely be staying here. "

"Super friendly & helpful staff at reception. Helped us find a dining venue & organised free tourist tickets for the fortress. We parked directly under the hotel with easy hotel access. Breakfast was a generous spread of the usual European options. The view of the fortress at night from the balcony of the spa area was spectacular. Room was basic, but sufficient."

"Was a very bad experience for us for many reasons, will never book this hotel again: 1) there are many bars under the hotel, so it’s so noisy and you would not be able to sleep till 3:00 am due to the people shouting and screaming all night. Closing the windows was not an option as there is no AC !! 2) towels were smelling bad. 3) no parking available for the car, u less you pay 15 Euro every day!! 4) very poor breakfast. 5) old furniture. On the other hand, the staff were friendly."
