"Was a last minute booking a a wonderful surprise!. The owner, Lulu, has created wonderful little surprise in this sweet NE town. Stylish, functional, simple but elegant. Super comfortable room, great location, quiet, yet in town, gorgeous, well-maintained gardens. We will be back!"

"Very nice."

"Clean quiet"

"Our room was very clean. They had an excellent breakfast with much to choose from."

"the minute we arrived the host was helpful, and very nice. He even asked if we needed dinner reservations. The room was clean and pristine. the breakfast was excellent. the host was very cordial and helpful. would definitely recommend. would definitely stay again if in that area"

"The Inn was beautiful, and the property and surrounding views were lovely and very well maintained. However, I was disappointed the bathroom door did not shut all the way and there was mold in the shower. Their was food left in the refrigerator from a previous guest, There was no coffee provided in the rooms, so guests had to go too the common area, only to find decaf coffee and hot chocolate available. While I truly appreciated the beauty and atmosphere of the property. I do wish there would...

"The hotel is one of several small outbuildings, not the grand building pictured. Seemed like it was fairly neglected-coffee pot cord couldn’t reach the outlet, no USB ports, not “estate” quality. The bright spot was the receptionist-friendly and helpful. Not a repeat destination."

"Absolutely stunning escape. Just go"

"One word. Old. Desperately needs a face lift. But from what we heard from other wedding guests who stayed at other properties, all of the hotels up in that destination are the same. So why would anyone upgrade."

"Keep your expectations low and you will be happy. It provided what I needed at the end of October. Warm Room with a bed, mattress was so so at best. A bit spendy for an evening."

"For the price it is exactly as you should expect. The room was clean, but needed very minor upgrades. The grounds were in poor condition. But I didn't come here for anything but the basics, bed, shower, and toilet, and that is what I got. I would use them again. Wifi and phone reception were great. Bring your own phone charger and toiletries."

"good location/ walkable to down town !"

"Room was clean and neat. Stairs seemed to always need vacuuming. Bathroom was clean but needed an upgrade. Breakfast had real scrambled eggs and sausage but not many other options."

"This place got screwed by a few prior reviews. It is not a 4-star hotel and does it pretend to be but the room and bathroom were clean, it was quiet, guy at desk very nice and helpful. Good quiet heat/air conditioning, ample parking. Tv worked fine. Only 2 negatives: free breakfast was very basic - coffee, cereal, yogurt. (But full service family restaurant less than a block away); tub drain was a little slow so 1/4” of water near front end of tub after 5 minute shower (nice shower head, ample...
