"My wife and i have three kids so it can be difficult to find a place to stay. This place was perfect. There was lots of space, great shower, very clean, a good washing machine, comfortable beds and a very nice location. The parking was also very nice. The manging staff was very helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again."

He was very prompt and helpful in all communications, from our initial inquiry through to check-in and check-out.The location is convenient—Kokubunji Station is only 15 minutes from Shinjuku, making it a good base for exploring Tokyo and beyond. Just keep in mind that it’s about a 15–20 minute walk from the house to the station, as the host accurately noted.The house is clean and functional, with a washer/dryer which came in very handy. "We had an incredible stay in Kokubunji! The neighborhood was perfect—quiet and charming yet conveniently close to all the Tokyo activities we wanted to explore. There were plenty of shops, cafes, and parks nearby, making it easy to experience both the local vibe and the Tokyo excitement. The location also provided easy access to transportation, so getting to popular areas was a breeze"

"困った時にすぐ連絡が取れて安心しました。また設備は整っていて、綺麗な内装で快適に過ごすことができました。周りは閑静な住宅地ですが、少し出れば飲食店やコンビニがあり不便は感じませんでした。天気が良ければ川釣りも楽しめそうです。車が大きく、駐車に困っていましたが、臨機応変に対応していただき助かりました。駐車場は停めやすく拡大中とのことですので、期待しています。"
