"Would stay in this place again with a big group as it has 3 bedrooms and all amenities you could want. Only caution is the steps leading up and down as it has no handrails and is steep. It also has only 1 sink for all to use- if you don’t mind that, well worth staying here!"

"It was a pleasure staying at Villa Kusunoki for our short 5 day stay to attend a family event in Tokyo. The property owner, Mr. Kusunoki, is extremely knowledgeable and helpful in so many ways. He is an excellent source of information, and seemed very happy to help us in all aspects of our travel and stay. "We had 5 adults and we stayed comfortably. The kitchen was fully stocked. The house was less then 5 minutes walking to a wonderful grocery store, 8 minutes to the train, and so many things to see walking around the neighborhood. It is quiet and no other tourist. Our morning walks around the neighborhood were wonderful. If we come back to Tokyo, I would stay again."

"I thought the property was very nice inside with the use of traditional Japanese styles of the tatami rooms and comfortable beds as well as the sliding rice paper doors. It had a great shower room, which could be used like a Onsen with a deep soaking tub and short stool with bucket. But even with these traditional styles, you could’ve easily taken a standup shower. Washer and dryer worked great. Kitchen is well equipped. Breakfast was delivered promptly every morning, however, might recommend...

"Spacious. It is a whole house, two bedrooms upstairs and living area downstairs. One bedroom has two double beds and the other has one. Everything worked, fish oven can be used as toaster. A/C was very effective. Beds comfortable, plenty of towels. No tourists in this neighborhood. Things to be aware of: you must climb stairs to get to living area and to bedrooms above that. Stairs from living area to bedrooms are twisty-a bannister would be nice although they are not as common in Japan. House...
