"This hotel was in a location so easy to get to, yet backing onto a river ravine! It was amazing to have our windows facing trees, and the back patio areas were so peaceful. We came to your hotel to rest, and it was perfect! The staff was very friendly, even the maintenance guy stopping his work to walk down a hallway to get the door for me. "Hotel is beginning to look rundown. The hallway carpet was ripped and lifting and very dirty in some areas. In our room the headboard was greasy, the room darkening curtains were ripped and there were dirty spots around our room. The biggest issue was water temperature- one shower was lukewarm and the 2nd time it was downright cold. Staff was friendly and helpful. "
