"We usually stay here when we have early flights at Pearson. This time we had a long layover and stayed here to catch some sleep before our early morning flight. The hotel is clean and comfortable. the staff is generally helpful and friendly. The shuttle service is reliable and on time. This time we had booked a shuttle early but it turned out to be full when we arrived at the Lobby in the early morning. The hotel desk booked us and other passengers a taxi for free so that we wouldn't be delayed....

"Breakfast was really good"

"Clean, comfortable, and reasonably well maintained hotel. Breakfast was excellent and included scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, fresh fruit, coffee, juice, and more than the usual continental breakfast options. The main drawback here was nowhere to comfortably sit and eat. There is a room adjacent to the breakfast area, and I hope the hotel considers converting it into additional seating space in the future. Parking was very challenging due to wedding event(s) taking place during our stay....
