"Great location. Unfortunately no aircon, stayed on a really hot day so rooms were not ventilated, the hotel provided fans though which was helfpul"

"The hotel was beautiful great staff stunning position and glad I booked but do not stay in the Hepburn accommodation because at 1930 in the evening and 0730 in the morning the gym below has a zumba/aerobics class and the music is loud as is the instructors voice. As the hotel has no air con the windows have to be open giving you the full noise from the classes. So no early nights and certainly no lie ins and no warning when you booked, otherwise the hotel review would be very good."
