"Not sure what to say. There were not really any amenities to speak of. The staff is very nice. The rooms, clean and fairly nice. Our toilet was installed crooked. Not sure why. The shower water pressure was extremely weak--yet, the place seemed like it wasn't very busy. We had some problems with our tv, but the staff came up and "reset" it for us fairly quickly each time. We enjoyed our stay. It is a very nice hotel. It seemed very vacant. The area seems very secure and safe. The jazz music was very nice and relaxing. We did not eat breakfast there since it is $14 a person. The free parking is great and secure. Our room was very clean. Nice stay. "

"Nice staff, though limited interactions. Hot shower with good pressure, bed comfort was ok. Breakfast was mediocre. No usb ports and there was a piece of metal wedged inside one of the outlets on a lamp. Lots of stuff was cracked, like both lampshades and the bathroom door. The walls were scuffed and had dirty smudges. Some fixtures were rusty. The door to our room wouldn’t fully close unless you leaned on the security latch from the inside, which meant you could just push it open from the outside and anyone could have gone in. There was what looked like pet hair and a burn hole in the fitted sheet and what looked like grease stains on the towels. "

"This is a very nice home in a great neighborhood. Quiet and clean. No complaints at all. "

"The pool door wasn’t operating well so we kept getting locked in the pool area, then yelled at when we propped it open so we could get out. Also, the ice machines were out of service on multiple floors. They also ran out of towels and didn’t have any for awhile at the pool (this happened both days we were there). But overall the hotel was VERY clean, was right next to a river and had some outside seating which was nice. When they refreshed our room in between nights staying, they organized my daughters stuffies on the bed and left a nice note. It made her smile. The hotel is close to a business district that was pretty neat and had an “old market” feel. Overall I’d recommend staying here, just had some issues with some of the amenities. "

"Very nice property, especially if you have pets, with a nice fenced back yard. One issue in the description "The bathroom features a walk-in shower (no bathtub)", which is incorrect, it has the claw foot tub shown in the pictures, with no true shower. We had a couple of issuesduring our stay, which the host responed to very quikly."

"Sweet cottage in a lovely neighborhood. Charming decor and wonderful walks by the river. Close to everything and easy to get to. The host was proactive and incredibly helpful and promptly responded to all messages. The visit Wichita often and will definitely stay here again if it’s available. "
