"The hotel was great, safe and secure. The only complaint is that the a/c in the room wasn’t working. Also i had prepaid while booking via the hotels.com app and was still charged for the amount of $908.96. I was told it would be refunded in a couple of days. The staff were very nice and accommodating!"
