"Reception and welcome were excellent. Clean, spacious and comfortable room. Lacked a central light switch at door, and we had to run the shower for a long time before hot water came through but was then fine. Bathroom could do with a few more towel rails and would prefer a bar of soap to the liquid soap, but all very clean. Enjoyed o'sheas bar in the evening where service was great and food tasty if a little pricey."

"We fly up to Chicago once a year from El Paso, Texas and we always choose to stay at the Palmer House Hilton!!! The minute you step foot inside this historical property you’re immediately immersed in everything that makes this hotel amazing…from the accommodative staff to the incredible lobby and of course, the very clean, cozy, and inviting rooms!!! Also of great importance to my family and I when we stay in Chicago is as the say, location…location…location!!! And the Palmer House Hilton is centrally located in downtown to everything we really enjoy when visiting Chicago…it literally feels like everything is within walking distance!!! We can’t say enough good things about the Palmer House Hilton, definitely our preferred choice when visiting the great city of Chicago!!!"

"Staff was very friendly and helpful rooms were clean and spacious. One critiques would be bed a little stiff but pillows very comfortable. Bar could use some draft taps or better selection of beers and drinks although there are many other options around the area. Didn't really use any amenities or the free breakfast cause I forgot it was offered!😂 Shout out to Mira and the night staff I would stay here again for sure."
